JOB DESCRIPTION:
To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail. The Graphic Designer will be integrated into ADM’s extensive post-production team, which includes other graphic designers, video editors, 3D artists and sound engineers. The preferred candidate will also work closely with the creative team and other key stakeholders to produce high-quality still and animated graphic assets and content.RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Planning, crafting, refining and delivering still graphics and animations for different platforms – both print and digital.
- Working closely with the 2D graphic team and with the creative team to brainstorm and propose new ideas, references, technical solutions etc. for graphic design.
- Adding effects and other elements to existing footage.
- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience as a Graphic Designer – both print and digital – as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multinational corporate or agency with national and international clients.
- Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects).
- Solid experience in static graphic design and motion graphic design.
- Teamwork attitude.
- High level of accuracy and precision, keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
- Degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field desirable.
- 3D modeling and compositing skills are considered a plus.
