JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Senior Art Director will work closely with the Creative Director, supporting him/her 360° in project management. Specifically, the Senior Art Director will be called upon to:- Realize digital and web-based communication projects.
- Develop concepts, campaigns and creative designs, including support for integrated campaigns and brand dynamic presentations.
- Management of all phases of the project, from strategy and creative concept to the final release.
- Add value during the entire creative development process, with a various range of styles and design production.
- Collaborate with executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.
- Direct and motivate teams of graphics, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team.
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years’ experience as an Art Director.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Arts/Art Direction or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Very strong creative and photographic assessment skills of visual media.
- Strong practical skills: productive experience in both 3D and 2D design fields.
- You’re comfortable jumping in and out at any stage of a project.
- Passionate about big ideas that inspire others.
- Capable of handling multiple projects and delivering to deadlines in tight schedules.
- Self-starter attitude.
- Desire to learn and support others.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
