JOB DESCRIPTION:

You would be shadowing our Producers on event productions around the world, learning all key responsibilities for the role:

• Supervising and coordinating AV crews for any event’s setup

• Managing slide reviews with speakers and clients

• Collaborating with supporting staff and liaising with clients

• Contributing to project progress tracking and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to different cultures and environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote

• Curiosity and willingness to learn
