JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a IT Support Junior who can provide basic technical support in the office. This figure will be a point of reference to resolve any day-to-day technical issues and, more specifically, will be called upon to:
- Support colleagues in managing IT company’s tools.
- Solve technical problems related to Mac devices (hardware and software).
- Configure and manage printers, phones and network connections.
- Perform minor maintenance work on technology devices.
- Ensure that technology tools are always operational and up-to-date.
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of macOS operating systems and Apple devices.
- Familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting printers, phones and network connections.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and predisposition for teamwork.
