JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Account Manager is responsible for supporting in the planning and execution of events and projects for ADM’s client companies. He/she will be expected to manage processes that pursue the achievement of the business objective, demonstrating organizational and structural skills, working in teams, collaborating and stimulating creativity and communication with clients, supervisors and colleagues.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Collect the brief from the client.
- Preparation of budgets and estimates.
- Plan and manage all the details of a project or event.
- Relating and negotiating with suppliers.
- Coordinate the internal resources involved in the project (graphic designers, video editors, developers, CDN and technical team).
- Prepare event closing reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in the role (or similar) of at least 3 years.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular excel (vlookup, index match, pivot tables and reporting, macro and VBA, data simulations).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Advanced level (C1/C2) of spoken and written English.
- Good predisposition to the relationship with customers.
- Hourly flexibility / Availability to travel.
