JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Account Manager has the task of supporting in the planning and execution of events, according to which he/she will have to manage the processes pursuing the achievement of the business objective, demonstrating organizational and structural skills in the international context, working in a group, collaborating and stimulating creativity and communication with clients, supervisors and colleagues.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Collect the brief from the client.
- Preparation of budgets and estimates.
- Plan and manage all the details of a project or event.
- Relating and negotiating with suppliers.
- Coordinate the internal resources involved in the project (graphic designers, video editors, developers, CDN and technical team).
- Prepare event closing reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced level (C1/C2) of spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in the role (or similar) of at least 3 years.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular excel (vlookup, index match, pivot tables and reporting, macro and VBA, data simulations).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Good predisposition to work in a team.
- Good predisposition to the relationship with customers.
- Hourly flexibility / Availability to travel.
